  • Martine Legtenberg M.A.

    Fellow of Experience Design

I am a creative all-rounder with a deep love for fermentation – from the rich complexity of fermented foods to the joy of a good glass of champagne. Not just because they taste great, but because our gut is basically a second brain. I love experimenting with flavors, stories, and experiences, always looking for ways to connect food, knowledge, and interaction. At The Sensorium, I explore how fermented food can tickle not just our taste buds, but maybe even our thought processes. I believe that food has the power to bring people together, shaping not only our connections but also the way we think about community and sustainability. The way we engage with food today and in the future will play a key role in shaping the world we live in.

I believe in the power of asking the right questions, rather than just providing answers. It's all about nurturing intrinsic motivation and guiding individuals to discover their own solutions within the given context.

My advertising background gives me insight into the old economy, inspiring future-focused solutions. I'm passionate about how philosophy, culture, art, and ethics can shape better business practices for the future. Let’s connect!
